Nittambuwa
Since 2021
The Pharo opened its doors in 2021, in Nittambuwa town on the Colombo–Kandy road, with a simple ambition: to offer a truly royal welcome to every traveller, family and celebration.
Our name recalls the pharaohs, the kings of the Nile, and our crown emblem is a promise that every guest is treated like royalty. Behind the white columns you'll find air-conditioned rooms, a rooftop pool and sky lounge, two restaurants, a bar, a café and two grand ballrooms.
The Palace
A sweeping white staircase with wrought-iron railings leads up to a portico of Corinthian columns, four storeys of white walls and tall windows. At the gate, our crown sign welcomes you in.
Inside, calm corridors lead to the rooms, and the roof opens onto a pool with views across the paddy fields.
